Construction of the Baikal-Amur Mainline

The meeting ceremony and ceremonial rally were held at the monument dedicated to the arrival of BAM rails in the Buryat Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic on the day of the celebration of the sixtieth anniversary of the All-Union Leninist Communist Youth Union on October 29, 1978.
